Today I implemented concept attainment model in my classroom, 9H for teaching the concept chord of a circle.I started my class by showing examples and nonexamples of chord of a circle.Students were very active in the classroom and they carefully observed the examples and nonexamples carefully.Unexpectedly a student came forward and said the term chord .Then all the students were tried to define the term chord. After that students drew the examples of chord in their notebook. I am very glad that the students understood the concept very well.
